I have had rewarding and creative careers in education as a theatre/drama and modern languages teacher. Owned and operated my own restaurant for seven years and then specialised in corporate training focusing on personal development and customer service. For several years, I was a Talent Agent – managing, coaching and nurturing actors, singers and dancers.

These different chapters of my life’s work have presented me with the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. It’s enabled me to develop a broad range of strengths - powerful presentation and communication skills; strong organisational abilities; creative writing and verbal expression; the ability to clarify people’s ideas. I’m used to finding solutions and dealing with people and being able to inject energy, fun and creativity into working on a common goal.

It’s a funny thing really. The big question. “Will you marry me?” You never forget exactly where you were and what you were doing when you heard those words.

Were you up the Eiffel Tower? Or painting the laundry? Were you whisked away to a romantic dinner?
